Hey, I’m Kylie

the creator of early wellness advantage

I grew up surrounded by mental health work. My dad was a psychologist, and my mom was a clinical social worker. From them, I learned the value of wellness, advocacy, and the many ways people heal. Through my own education and life experiences, I have seen how often people need something simple to support them in the midst of challenges, whether they’re already in therapy, waiting to start, or simply looking for practical help.

That’s why I created Early Wellness Advantage.

This isn’t a replacement for therapy, but it is a way to feel supported in the moments when you need it most.
